This is the first time I write a review in my life about a hotel. I normally will not complained about things; but this time I really think is a necessary thing to do. The staff from the booking/reservation has the worst way to communicate with the customers like I have never seen before. I decided to comment to everyone I know about this. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!! Only a few streets from there is the PARERA PARK PLAZA which is GREAT!!!! AND ...
