We spent far too much time waiting for it, staff were incredibly unhelpful when asking where the thing ... more  ... was, and eventually we had to take taxis before we learned to pretend the department time was 30 minutes before it actually was. To be fair, the schedule for the way back from the station was reasonably accurate. The metro stop in question is the end of the line, I think, and has a bus station, a horde of undesirable prostitutes and a serious drug problem. I booked this as a surprise trip for my parents, brother and I, along with a cheap flight, because I was on a serious budget for 4 people and this was a very cheap option. I knew from the website that it was a way out of the city, but was happy enough because they claimed to have a shuttle bus to the subway every 30 minutes. This was a flat out fib on their part - it went once every 90 minutes during our stay, and if it was full ten minutes before it was due to leave, leave it would, and it wouldn't come back.
