Advantages: near the beach

Disadvantages: only one tennis court and it is used for all sport!

In the recent summer holidays, my family went to stay in Ibiza. We stayed at the Hotel Tanit. The hotel was great, it had a swimming pool, an arcade, a bar and it was within walking distance of the beach. However we weren't just going for that part of the holiday. We had booked the holiday because we are all very keen tennis players and enjoy other sports.The Thompson all inclusive holiday brochure stated that visitors staying at the Hotel Tanit could have full use of the facilities of Club Fiestaland. What it failed to mention was that the facilities were on the other side of the island. When we arrived, we were shocked to hear that the Club Fiestaland facilities were on the other side of the island. This greatly disappointed not just me but my whole family.

Apart from this major upset, our holiday was quite enjoyable, we didn't do much, apart from swimming in the sea, sunbathing and eating, but I suppose the holiday wasn't a total disaster.
