I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend and 2 friends we payed £400 for a 2 week self catering holiday. This hotel was one of the first coach drops as it is at the top of Puerto Del Carmen near the old town. I was very pleased when we were showed where our rooms were as we were right opposite the pool! The hotel in itself was great and would go back.
The apartments were clean and a good size and the pool out the front of our apartment was a good size.
However they do have apartments the other side of the road under an under pass, should I have been staying in these other set of apartments I dont think I would of liked it to much!
The hotel has a poolside bar and restaurant along with an on site shop. The hotel also provided entertainment of an evening which I must a admit didnt really stay to watch (im not really into hotel entertainment!). We spent most of our evenings getting in a taxi to the new town of Puerto Del Carmen. You could walk this but It would of been about a 25 min walk so we opted to the 5 min taxi drive. This only cost around 5 euros so between 4 of you is good. The old town of Puerto Del Carmen is brilliant - along the beach front going for about a mile it is covered with Bars, pubs, clubs and many restaurants all looking out over the beach front.
Should you decide on a more quieter evening The Old Town is lovely and this is only a 5 minute walk from these apartments. The old town is based on a harbour with many great restaurants with views looking over to Fuerteventura.
A hotel I would recommend for couples and friends I would just ask in advance for your apartment to be in the main block!
Visiteed this hotel back in August. Went for a week with 3 friends and it was lovely holiday.
Our room was over the road where there is an underpass connecting the two parts. On the other side there is no bar but a large deep adult pool. It was very quiet and we thought we couldn't talk here even without people looking at us to be quiet. Ofcourse the lack of bar put us off too!
We were all inclusive and paid around £450 each including flights. We were only 15 minutes from the airport but a taxi cost around 16 euros.
The rooms were small and old fashioned but they were fine! You dont go on holiday to sit in the room!
The bath room was clean and a fair size! Had a bath and shower with good pressure unlike some hotels I've been too.
The food was great for us but people with more refined tastes would also enjoy it. There was the obvious chips and pizza but always pasta and chicken dishes. We found if we went early there was a better selection and it was presented better.
Every night there was entertainment from bird and reptile shows to the Miss Flora competition. This was the same every week so obviosuly if you go for two weeks you'll be watching the same show!
For all inclusive the drinks were fine. Never too long queues and they let you have as many as you want.
The only draw back of this hotel was the 15 to 20 minute walk to the town and beach as it was down a steep hill. A taxi back was around 4 euros and well worth it. All in all a great holiday.
Just a short walk from the sea side and the heart of the shopping centre.
