I'm staying at the Langham Hilton, London, in two weeks' time (review to follow) and the Hilton Aberdeen Treetops the week after (again - await a review). In this review on "Hilton in General", I'm hoping to focus on their on-line booking system and Hhonors (sic) loyalty scheme. I hope it's not viewed as "Off Topic"! Why is it that in high-class hotels the staff always seem to take on a superior air? As I was only staying for one night however, I wansn't unduly bothered about the friendliness of the staff and made my way to my room. The room itself was small, but very well ...
