Sorrento was one of the most beautiful places i have ever visited in my life. My family and I decided to go to the south of Italy for pure pleasure and to enjoy the civillians of Sorrento's loving and welcoming nature. The hotel we picked was spot on - not in a busy, touristy packed resort but in a place where we could relax a bit and enjoy the scenery of the beautiful town of Sorrento. It also isn't long walk from the town centre depending on how much you like to walk! Holidaying in style has never been much of my thing but for a Hilton hotel, I'll make an exception. In fact, staying in one of the executive suites in the Hilton Sorrento Palace made me make quite an exception indeed. We arrived at night, in a taxi driven by one of the local madmen to a suptuously beautiful reception area. Light and airy and ridiculously large, service was quick and efficient and our cases were whipped away as we checked in. After taking the lift to the 6th floor, we were greeted with our room, entering via a clever alarmed keycard system.
