This was a regular haunt of mine which I revisited last month. A lot of money has been spent on tidying up the hotel as it wa sgetting tired. It is a popular hotel and I guess has high occupancy rates.

The rooms are as you would expect clean and modern. Avoid rooms at the front because the trams run past the hotel and early morning can wake you up

The hotel has a small bar area and a small rstaurant only used it once and it was perfectly adequate. Tend to head down the Grand Place and explore the many restaurants down the side streets much more fun than over priced hotel fare
Check in and out is generally OK in the mornings it can be manic as many people like myself are leaving and want to get gone. I would recommend the hotel for either work or leisure an dI have never had a complaint about the service on many trips
