... that evening and for breakfast the next day. The room was really nice and well equipped. Very comfotable bed, excellent bathroom arrangements, TV and iron, plus air-conditioning. We were there in August, and the hotel felt almost deserted, which might explain why we only had to pay 49 Euros a night for the room, plus 1.10 each for the Toulouse tourist tax. I had to find a hotel at quite short notice last time I went to France, and needed it to be near the airport in Toulouse as we were arriving late in the evening and therefore not hiring a car until the next day. Hotel Courtyard by Marriott (Toulouse Airport) has a rather cumbersome title! However, it appears that it's all part of Marriott#s branding to call it that. It's about three miles from the airport, so doesn't cost too much if you get a taxi (though be warned - those crafy drivers charge you for SUITCASES!).
