Cristal Park is a lovely hotel sutuated on the edge of the old town and the new town of Benidorm. The hotel is very large and has 7 floors. There are 4 sets of lifts to use and they are very fast going up and down, but you have to wait until it reaches you for a while. The all inclusive feature extend to 9 other hotels which you can use to have drinks and food in it is called the amigos and is widely known in Benidorm. One of the hotels that you can use is situated right on the beach front and the other is in the so it is handy for those little visits to the beach or town. You do have to book a day in advance for food but we never did, they do not really check. At the moment the pool is being rebuilt but they are putting on a free bus to take you to one of their other hotels so you can use the pool. There is a roof top bar and a Jacuzzi on the roof. There are 3 bars downstairs and 2 rooms to eat in. The food was amazing the choice was excellent, and the presentation was good. I recently reaf some bad reviews on this holiday and needless to say did not want to go. If you booked this hotel separately all inclusive it would cost you £29 night thats good. I only payed £303 week for accomadation and my flight

The onlt bad thing I would say is the beds they are very uncomfartable, and there was not a lot of good entertainment in house

The hotel was clean, it is on a busy side road but not a main road and there is some noise but what do you expect, if you want peace and quiet hire a villa far away from everything. I have learnt that people moan over anything stupid
