just came back from saturno/jupitor complex,aug 2007,
arrived at airport and was told my holiday had been doubled booked, i was fumming i later found out this happens all the time, it really does stink, i booked 6 months before we went family of 6,£3300, ended up at candes de alcudia then sol balmoral, it was crap, filled my report in abroad am awaiting compen but i'll bet i'll have to take legal advice, ps got home and met someone who went to jupitor 2 weeks after me, guess what - holiday was double booked and they ended up at sol balmoral and they thought it was crap also, to all brits beware this seems to be a big con either by travel agents or spanish
