Hotel Jupiter. more like hotel geta bug. the food was cold, uncooked and sometimes inedible. room was small for a family of 4. the two cildren had to share a bed beside us. the rooms were dirty and smelly. sheets not changed just top and tailed. we broke a glass and it wasnt cleaned up till the next day, we had to pick the glass up uorselves and put in our bin in our bathroom. we were put on the 8th floor with 2 young children. if we wanted a family suite we would of had to pay an extra Euro300. we had to go off resort to eat and get decent entertainment for the children. unless you likes bingo! my family had the bug, my poor husband was sick till he couldnt be sick anymore. my other famlily members were ill for 4 days and still came home unwell and have had to seek mediacal treatment back home. the holiday cost us initially £1200 but in the end we spent an extra Euro1000 to eat and entertain our family s the resourt had nothing on either daytime or night. when the weather was bad the hotel put on a genral knowlegde quiz which was the same questions every day. we had to pay for the use of the tv in our room to occupi=y the children when the weather was bad as there was nothing els to do. all in all this asnt a good holiday, not a good place to go. it was worse than butlins on a bad day. staff rude, arrogant and not helpfull. would not recomend to anyone and would advise against going there.
