well what can I say about this absoulte rubbish hotel, the food was disgusting, there was the same food everyday with no variety, and the kids menu was the same old everyday chips and chicken nuggets! It was cold and bland. There was supposed to be food 24 hrs a day when this was so not true, only snacks through the day were cheese ham and tuna sandwiches which were left on show all day in a window with the sun pounding down on it, it was filthy and there were dead cockroaches laying round the food, a complaint was made but nothing ever came of it!
The rooms were very small and basic and were not cleaned the whole time we was there, my daughter of 14 months was banging her head on everything in the room cos there was no room to walk about, when we booked with this hotel we was told we would have a seperate bedroom for the kids with bunk beds, we was put in a room with 2 double beds pushed together and a dirty travel cot that was on the brink of collapsing! when we complained we were told all the rooms were the same but they had a tv screen in reception showing these new rooms for families, this is false advertising as we found with a lot of things that were put in the brochure!.
There were no fridges in the rooms so we had no where to store milk for the little one, one morning she woke at 6 in the morning, we went down to ask for some milk but was told we had to wait till 8 oclock when the dining area opened, they let a 14 month old baby cry for 2 hours for milk and told us to hire a fridge for a small fee and deposit, this is supposed to be a family hotel why should we pay when its all inclusive!
There was only ever 1 bar open at a time with 2 people serving so you can imagine how long the queus were, they served larger in half pint plastic cups it was ridiculous and we found ourselfs going else where for a decent drink!
The list is endless regarding the fact this is a rubbish hotel, I could carry on all day but think they have wasted my time and money enough, please whatever you do, do not come to this hotel!
