Hotel Jupiter-Saturno-Marte Complex (Alcudia) Reviews

Came back from hotel jupiter on 19.7.08. staff at the hotel were great and worked hard in trying to keep it clean as there are guests there who think its ok to leave food and throw there rubbish over the floor.There are lots of bins around so couldnt undrerstand why there are so lazy.The whole complex was very over crowded and this put a downer on the holiday for us.lots and lots of kids there running wild at nights in the hotel corridors slamming doors screaming and shouting made it hard to get some sleep at night.Also very hard to get a sunbed around the pool in the morning as they all had towels on them.The food was great and staff helped alot but if you are planning a quite relaxing holiday this is NOT for you.I would not go back there.

JUST ARRIVED BACK AFTER A TWO WEEK HOLLIDAY ALL IN ALL AN EXCELLANT HOLLIDAY WHERE FOOD AND DRINK NEVER STOPS. THE STAFF WORK EXTREMLEY HARD AND CONSTANTLY CLEAN THE HOTEL. THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS SELECTED TOURISTS FROM ENGLAND WHO TOTALLY ABUSE THE HOTEL AND DO NOT CONTROL THERE KIDS. THE POOLS HAD TO BE CLOSED EVERY DAY DUE TO CHILDREN SHITTING IN THE POOLS WHICH IS TOTALLY UN ACCEPTABLE IT SPOILT EVERYONE ELSES HOLLIDAY. ALSO CERTAIN PARENTS LET CHILDREN THROW FOOD ALL OVER THE COMPLEX AND IN THE DINNING AREAS AND DON'T EVEN SEEM TO CARE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF RUBBISH BINS AROUND THE COMPLEX SO WHY NOT TEACH YOUR KIDS TO USE THEM. IT IS UNFAIR TO SLAG THE HOTEL OFF AS IT IS THE PARENTS FAULT.

I am 12 years old and i went on this holiday with my family. I really enjoyed it and i am going back this year with my family again. All the pools were really nice and there is lots of games and dances to do. The food was nice breakfast, dinner, tea and supper. Mostly i liked the entertainment at night in the circus bar, the shows by the entertainers were the best.
The hotel rooms were abit small but they were okay. I would recommend this for other people and definately people with children. I hope it is the same when i got back this year because its the best holiday i have been on.

Having read the reviews we were a bit sceptical before our holiday which we booked with XL.com (who we will use again), the first thing people need to remember that it is a family resort which holds 3000+ peolple (majority kids) so expect hundreds of kids screaming and shouting and not peace and quiet. I went with my partner and 2 year old son to Mac hotel. Stayed in Jupiter. Room was small and dirty, esp the bathroom. Staff very rude but for all Inclusive they can be as rude as they like as long as I dont have to pay. Food nice and lots of variety. Entertainment great. Do not go if you dont like rowdy hotels guests! Would go back if cleaner!
