In November 2007 my boyfriend took my on a surprise trip to Rome.. We stayed in the Romanico palace.. As soon as we pulled up at the hotel I loved it!!! The entrance is so grand, it has marble floors and gold plated finishing touches! The check in was swift and easy! The man on reception gave us a map of the area and said if we need anything please just ask. The lift. Well I know it sounds silly but the lift is amazing, it has a big plasma screen inside with a video playing of Rome and different attractions to go to.
