Paradis Park, in Pineda de mar, Barcelona, Costa Brava, Spain.

This hotel, is a 3 star, which is their rating, not a proper AA one, as I think if the AA rated it, it would'nt even get 1 star.

It is part of a chain of H. Top hotels, which have 6 x 4stars and around 9 x 3stars. And I think this one was on of the worst.

Bad:
Terrible food, I really wouldn't feed it to a dog, and I am not joking. It does look good, and they sometimes have something different during lunch and dinner, with snacks between these, which is just terrible burgers, a hot dog style saussage, and chips.
The pool, is freezing, the sea is warmer, and even on hot days it is freezing, which brings a shock to the system, which is why just a few wild kids jumped in, and got straight back out with the teeth chattering.
The rooms, have camp beds, no kettle, infact, just two electric hobs (no sauspan) and a fridge, the rooms TV had 2 english channels (BBC1 + CBBC/BBC3), the remote was dead, so I could tune the rest in.

The Good:
Drinks, you could have as many as you want between 10:00am - 12:00am (Midnight), the staff were good and spoke a little bit of english.

The people, most other guests there are good, and english.

Entertainer, everyday except saturday, the entertainer is working, and is great, and is a laught with both kids and adults. Infact the overall manager of the H. Top hotels, says: "If you sacks him (the entertainer), ill sack you." But thats because he was great.

I went all inclcusive, and the price was quite good, but I dont know the exact price for the hotel, as it was through teletext holidays.

TIP!!: if you go to Paradis Park, book to go to Callella Palace, which is in teh chain, they give you a free bus, and there you can eat good food, and use a sorner, heated pool, gym and much more.

Summary: Good hotel, but old and bad food.
