I stayed here for four nights on my honeymoon and it is absolutely the best hotel in Cairo in my opinion. Actually not just mine - travelling business class I was waiting in the check in line talking to someone who lived in Cairo checking in first class who asked me which hotel and immediately said - "oh, that's the one to stay in!" when I told them where I was booked. There are two Four Seasons Hotels in Cairo - this is the newer of the two I think. It wasn't cheap but my goodness it was outstanding. The service was like nothing I have ever experienced. One small example: I was reading my book on a sun lounger by the pool - they have pool ... Read the complete review

this hotel is probably the most unique hotel in the world as it is the one which you wake u and can actually see the great pyramids from, so close that you think you can reach out and touch them!! ok not that close but you know what i mean. we stayed here and it is literally awesome how close you are to the pyramids, waking up and seeiing them in their glory, was fantastic. so in this respect, it is a fantastic place to stay. my advice would be that if you plan to come to cairo for a couple or 3 days from your holiday base n egypt, then split cairo up into 2 parts. downtown where you are near the nile and the hubbub of the city. and Giza, where you ... Very Good Standard Hotel, about 5 mins Taxi ride to pyramids, and 10/15 Taxi ride from city. Get taxi from outside gates of hotel and not from the hotel lobby as it is more expensive from hotel lobby. Staff are supurb. The food is of good standard (Did not get upset tummy).Stayed and eat in this hotel for 5 nights. Can eat outside around the pool or inside the air conditioned building. This hotel has a good size swimming pool, which is very clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The rooms are clean, large and of a good standard. Would I go back to this hotel........YES ... This is a fabulous hotel (4 stars) and is situated on a site that has a lovely clean breeze at nights. All kinds of food are served and the kind of music young holiday makers want to hear is played at the nightclub on site. They also have a lovely outdoors swimming pool and food served by the side. It is lovely, worth a try and also trips to the pyramids are arranged there everyday,...but get ready to get up really early (eg 6am) to go on this excursion! If you fly Egypt Air, to any place in Africa, eg Lagos you get to stay at this Hotel free of charge one night on your way out and one night on your way in...it is worth it. ...
