www.trump.com- the company Trump’s website which deals with their business statistics and their hotel and casino resorts.

2. Is this a good example of a user-friendly site?
Yes. This site is well presented and very easy to understand. There is a business section with finances and stocks etc on the homepage, and there are huge icons, which direct you to the branch of Trump you desire. From there it is easily understandable.

3. How informative is this site- does it interest you in its contents?
This site is informative in two ways. First of all you can look at all Trumps business statistics from previous years. And secondly you can get information on the resorts themselves (costs, facilities, booking etc). In terms of content the site has a professional look and it may interest people looking for a Hotel reservations or people researching in the business section. Otherwise it’s pretty boring.

4. How easy was it for you to manoeuvre around the site?
It is very easy to manoeuvre around the site, as icons are large and well labelled. The homepage is very basic and it leads you in several directions, which get into more detail. Overall very good.

5. What is the web site advertising?
Trump Hotel and Casino Resorts. The branches advertised are Indiana, Taj Mahal, Marina and Plaza.

· In a way it is boring (statistics, text etc)
· Not enough images on screen (excluding homepage)
· The text is in long paragraphs, not very interesting
· Web pages are dull in colour and don’t catch the eye

There are not many ways to improve the site as it is already extremely good but some things can be altered.

· The long sections of text can maybe put into bullet point form or into shorter paragraphs
· Make the homepage more attractive by adding ‘20% off first booking’ or something similar. Something that is striking and that catches the eye
· Add more images of the insides of the resorts and not make the browser click through several links to get to them
