The Noga Hilton Cannes is situated right on the beachfront - on the Croisette, a block away from the Carlton. It's a nice 4* hotel with a large open atrium, a collection of (ripoff) boutique shops and a bar on the ground floor. I used my (free) Hilton Honors card to get a free up-grade to a junior suite on the first floor.
