I wanted to relay to other information about a company in Chamonix that has absolutely amazed us with their service and lovely chalets. The company is called Mountain Leap. They are not cheap (about £800 per person per week for fully catered offering although I think they also have an offer at £600 in a cheaper chalet), but boy are their chalets beautiful and their service excellent.

You really feel likw you are staying in a home when you stay with these people. Drinks are on the house, s sumptous breakfast is provided, they have your skis and taickets booked and waiting for you when you arrive (no queues), there is a 4-5 course meal prepared at night by a professional chef, and the staff and hosts are interesting. It is not your typical worn out chalet feeling or 22 year chalet staff. Our host had a Master's degree, was 39, and spoke five languages!

The whole concept of these peopel si to help you to relax, to unwind, and to recharge your batteries, whether this be by doing nothing at all or by skiing through crevasse bridges with an expert guide.

They were great with our kids and I would definitely think of coming back here with a team of mates or with the office crew. Definitely an up-market, but fun and adult experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants pure pleasure and value for their money.
