Formule1 hotels are chain of hotels situated all over France, so if you are looking for a cheap getaway I would highly recommend them.

A friend let me into the secret when I was planning “le weekend” & had a very tight budget.

All the hotels are based on major roads & tend to be based either on the edge of a city or just outside. This is a budget hotel chain with no frills.

Cheap does not mean a lesser product!

Your room will sleep 3 people with a double bed & a bunk bed placed diagonally across the head end, if you have small children the rooms would suit 2 adults & 2 small children. All the rooms are identical & are clean & perfectly comfortable.

Toilets & shower rooms are situated outside the rooms & are like our public loo’s, they automatically fully clean themselves as you exit.

Bottom line is the price, the current price is £15 a room per night, this does not include breakfast, which can be ordered at an extra cost.
