Heritage village - Goa

This was our first long hall holiday and what a great place to start. The hotel is fantastic and not too far from the airport. We got a tuk-tuk to the hotel at a very reasonable price. The baggage boys we had already been warned about at the airport they have your bags off before you get through passport control. Keep some pound coins to hand as they know how much you have given them and won't ask for any more. There is a fantastic pool area and swim up bar at this hotel where the staff are so friendly. The spa is well worth a trip too, it is very reasonably priced. The food is great and two days a week they take all the food outside where they put on a great show however the cats are about. The breakfast in a morning was one of the best I have tasted and we travel a lot. I would go back just for the doughnuts. We did a few trips through the hotel, the elephant orphanage, desert island cruise and a trip to the church, very cheap and well worth it!!
