The first time I ever visited Paris I stayed at this hotel. I just left it up to my boyfriend and his dad to choose the accommodation as I knew nothing about this city at the time, except that it had the Eiffel Tower! When we looked it up on the internet there were a few flatting photographs, and because it was so close to the Gare du Nord (where we arrive from the Eurostar) it seemed like the perfect little hotel. It's in a great location for a hotel that isn't too pricey, or too cheap. Location It's located in the heart of Paris, it's a lovely traditional looking building and is in the immediate neighbourhood of the amazing St Quention Market. ...

The hotel Londres & Anvers - Paris My wife and i recently had the pleasure of being able to get away from it all, with a short break in Paris. I am hoping that this might be of use to you guys, because we were doin Paris on a budget. We do not have a fortune, yet we wanted to fully enjoy and appreciate paris. Known for being one of the most expensive cities in the world, Paris is culture capital of the world. There really is something for everything. HOTEL LIBERTEL TERMINUS NORD. Last week, I was sent to Paris for a course (yes, I am lucky sometimes). We had to stay overnight, so a hotel was booked. It was just opposite the station, Gare du Nord, where we arrived with the Eurostar ( pub cue: here you could read my op about, ding dong). So very convenient. The building and decoration are beautiful, in a Victorian style. There are 237 rooms well sized. Mine had 2 different areas : bedroom with 2 single bed together(?), side tables, cable TV, wardrobe and dressing table. There was a separate lounge with 2 armchairs, coffee table, desk and chair, mini-bar and a second wardrobe. It included ...
