Newest Review: ... there were several times i thought i would die along the way! We arrived at the hotel to be booked in and we were met by our ... more  ... rep and given a welcome cocktail which consisted of 95% alcohol and a splash of mixer. We were taken to our rooms which are fairly basic but more than adequate as they are only really for sleeping and keeping your luggage etc in.
The hotel itself was a little run down in places but nothing to spoil the overall high standards it set itself. In 2005 i went to the carribean with my partner to St Lucia and we stayed at the 3 star Rex Papillon Resort in the north of the Island (the tourist bit) with an all inclusive Virgin holidays deal. Upon arrival we got through customs and collected our luggage. We were met with an array of porters wishing to carry our luggage to our transfer waiting outside. For those who have never been to St Lucia do not think that the airport is comparible to the likes of Gatwick or Heathrow. There are not several miles worth of walking to do to get outside.
