Verona, home of Shakespeare's famous Romeo and Juliet, is one of the more beautiful Italien cities. Home of the Arena Amphitheatre - the third largest Roman one in the world - the aforesaid Juliet's Balcony and some of the best tucked-away restaurants in Italy, it is definately a place to while away a couple of days if you are travelling through Italy. The trouble with many of the hotels in Verona is that they are over-priced due to the demand during the summer months. Verona is one of the Italian beautiful cities. It is the "Romeo and Juliet's city and it is a very romantic city! If you want to visit it, you can accommodate in a beautiful hotel, called "Leon D'Oro". When I went to Verona for a music festival, I went to "Leon D'Oro" hotel. It is an elegant hotel, and all the rooms are with shower and bath, Air conditioning, Satellite TV colour, direct dial telephone, Fridge, Minisafe and much much more. The hotel offers private garaging and outside parking space. It is situated in 5 Piave Street, in the centre of Verona, near Adige River.
