Service (with the exception of the dining room) was a little lax too - it was quite easy to have to wait 5 minutes at reception just for the simplest request. Its location would be a matter of taste. It is near the station - and when I say near I mean it is actually joined to the station. OK Voss Station isn?t exactly Clapham Junction, but some people would love it and others would hate it. Billed as something extraordinary, this hotel fell rather short of the mark. True it has a striking external appearance and the dining room was equally attractive. Where it fell short however was in some of the basics. The bedroom, whilst spacious, was a little tatty and didn?t appear to have been cleaned properly when we arrived.
