The air conditioning and ceiling fan worked brilliantly, it's lovely to come into a nice refreshing room from the heat outside. The room had its own hairdryer in the bathroom. My hairdryer I took with me actually didn't work (voltage difference over there I think) so I had to use the hotel one.
