We stayed here en route home from a road trip to the South of France. We booked online via the Accor website and paid about 80 euros including breakfast which was for a family of four plus baby.
We knew it was very close to the north bound motorway in the town of Roye. As the IBIS website gave both the address and GPS co-ordinates, I chose to use the GPS co-ordinates to enter in the sat nav. Not my best move! We had been driving for over seven hours when we passed what we thought might be the turn off, sat nav said it wasn't so we carried on.... and drove right past the hotel. We had to drive 8 miles up the motorway and return to reattempt it. We thought we'd make a mistake and followed the sat-nav and again sailed passed the hotel.. Not ideal to say the least. Eventually we realised it was an issue with the GPS co-ordinates and we entered the full address and were taken to the hotel at last. This however could be the fault of our sat-nav software or us just being rubbish navigotors, but my advice is don't use the co-ordinates!!
The hotel is based in a mini industrial/retail estate tucked in behind a car dealership. In the area among other things was a Netto supermarket and an Auchan supermarket and a McDonalds right next door.
Check in was via a machine where you enter your booking code, payment card and then receive a print out of your room number and access codes for the front door and room. There was a surly French lady at a small reception where I asked about travel cots, which they didn't have.
The room was pleasant, very clean and modern with everything you need in a compact space including a modern tv, although still enough room to move about. One double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed above the double which our kids thought was a novelty. There was sufficient towels and glasses for the bathroom. No toiletries but that's to be expected from a budget stay.
Breakfast the next morning wasn't outstanding but was acceptable and sufficient for our needs. It was the basic continental breakfast you can expect from European budge hotels; basic cereals, orange/apple juice, croissants, bread, jam etc.
I do feel we could have receive the equivalent accommodation much cheaper in the UK however we booked very last minute and all in all had a comfortable stay for a simple stop over.
