I visit Geneva very often for business reasons and I normally stay at the HOtel Wilson or the Hotel La reserve. However, if I want to remain in town during the weekend under my own account, I need to find something cheaper than the above mentioned hotels. I know Ibis and I have used many times. In August the city of Geneve runs the so called Fetes de Geneve, 10 days of parties and it is very difficult to find a place to sleep during this period. Virtually all the hotels are fully booked.
