The Hotel is the ideal destination for a tourist holiday as it permits thier own guests to reach Venice in only 10 minutes without using the car thanks to 50 daily trips of railway traffic. The hotel is also very useful for businessmen as it is placed just halfway from the industrial areas of Trviso and Venice-Mestre. Hotel Centre 1, 2, 3 (Rome, Italy) ... afternoon we arrived in Roma was a wet and dismal one and I couldn t wait to find our accomodation. The Hotel which is callled centre 1-2-3 because it is 3 hotels making the best use of a traditional Roman villa, was about 15 minutes walk from Termini Station (central station in Rome). It was a little precarious trapsing down the road with traffic hurtling at you at great speeds but we managed it in the end. To reach the entrance you have to walk down a sloped path which has the odd stone urn filled with stone ornamental grapes overhanging and a couple of Roman sculptures. All very kitsch. Pyramid Hotel Rome ... Overview & Appearance ~~~ I stumbled across The Pyramid Hotel whilst making a last minute booking for a two day break for my wife and I in December 2005 and we have just returned from our long-awaited sojourn. I chose the Pyramid because from the description supplied at www.alpharooms.com the hotel seemed to be close to a metro station which is generally a must when having a city break and it was also very cheap for one nights Bed & Breakfast. The hotel is officially listed as being two-star, but at only £34.29 all in, the Pyramid is excellent value for money as a crash pad.
