Advantages: large rooms

Disadvantages: a short walk to the city centre

Jurys is located just a little bit outside Glasgows city centre and is as you would expect an excellent place to stay. The rooms are all very spacious with large comfortable beds and they are kept really clean. All the rooms have a lcd television and tea and coffee making facilities. Each floor in the hotel had an ice machine which is excellent for enjoying a nice cool drink in the evenings. The hotel is usually quite busy and is used a lot by bus tours and in package holidays. They often have really good room rates which you should look out for if wishing to stay here. The hotel is quite handy to the local bus routes and is about £4 from the city centre in a taxi. The views from the hotel are really good as well. You wouldnt think you were in a city at all. The staff have always been excellent anytime I have stayed here and have a great knowledge of the surrounding area Breakfast has always been really good as well with lots to choose from.
