Advantages: All inspiring...I cried when I got back to England...thats how amazing it was

Disadvantages: none, the locals can speak some English which makes communicating interesting

This is a review on St Paul De Vence. I went there in June this year and it was so beautiful! It is basically a village on a hill with a beautiful chapel in the middle.

One of the locals told me that all of these birds flew around the chapel and then they all landed on it so it just looked black. These birds are beautiful, I can remember what they're called. They zoom through the village, no in an intrusive way but it is quite fasinating.

All the resturaunts are perfect. The local produce is so tastey, you will never look at a tomato in England in the same way again. They are much more tastey here, it must be the weather.

The weather was amazing! I felt like I was in paradise!

Everyone is so friendly. If you go to Cafe De La Place you can go and play bowls and mingle with the locals because they have so much to offer.

I met an artist and was invited to his house in St Paul. It was one of the best nights I've ever had abroad. His house was amazing. The whole place was inspiring.

If you want the perfect hotel/ self service apartment there I know the best guy, he owns three of the best houses there and he's also incredibly talented and knows where the best places to go are.

The village is covered in hand laid pavements with flowers on the floor made of pebbles and lots of modern and classic art dotted around. I reccomend you go to the Foundation Maght as its a fantastic gallery.

Summary: Put it on your ticklist!!!
