Our knowledge of our destination, Lassi on the Greek island of Kefalonia, was very limited, gleaned almost entirely from the Thomson's brochure and what little information we could gather from the Internet. Consequently our choice of hotel was mostly determined by price and board. We were looking only for a Bed and Breakfast deal since, as you will have gathered from previous reviews, one of the main enjoyments we take away from our holidays is that of indulging in the local cuisine.
