... Luxor Hotel and Casino is probably the one that everybody has noticed on TV or in films as a Vegas place to go to. Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel ... Atlantic City is located right across from the huge Atlantic City Convention Center and the Atlantic City Railway Station, with AMTRAK and New Jersey transit connections. One of the non gaming hotels in the city it offers plenty of facilities and 502 rooms. It has a small gym and indoor pool with outdoor whirlpool (seasonal), a gift shop and several bars and eating places. The Shoe Bar on the second floor serves light snacks and cocktails. Boulevard s Cafe serves breakfast daily and the Tun Tavern Restaurant and Brewery offers steaks, seafood, sandwiches and salads, it opens daily from 11.30 - midnight and on a Friday and Saturday till late night hours. Novotel New York ... spending three nights here recently, I have a lot of good things to say about this hotel. Although finding it was a bit difficult due to the lack of signposts (not a big issue with sat navs nowadays!), when I had arrived I was extremely satisfied with all that the hotel had to offer. Sitting on the river front that runs through York, views from certain rooms are very pleasing, especially on a lovely summers day! Upon arriving I was greated by a modern look of sofas, lighting and furniture and a family playing on a Nintendo Wii in the foyer! The staff were extremely pleasant and checking in was easy. Hotels in Las Vegas in general ... anybody who has ever been to Vegas you will know that there is no better home for hotels as they are absolutely fabulous. I will attempt to give you an oversight of what you can expect from hotels in Vegas by this review without boring you on how fabulous they all are.
