We tended to leave the air-conditioning unit on whilst out in the evening. We did notice a problem with condensation on the floor between one of the beds and the air-conditioning unit. We should have been at the Copacabana Beach Hotel on the Mayan Riviera near Tulum, on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. That was until (Hurricane) Wilma had her say. With just a week to go our tour operator (Airtours) phoned to say that our holiday was off and we could either have a full refund or an alternative holiday. We had both (my Wife and I) been looking forward to this trip, having booked it well in advance in order to assure ourselves a reservation. To go without any holiday at all was out-of-the-question.
