The walls were dirty, dusty and the ceiling had a few cobwebs.....the kitchenette was quite grubby too. Having said that, the motel has an excellent safe location, right on the MUNI bus route, a short walk to fine dining and shopping, and was very cheap. An OK motel if you don't mind cobwebs and dust....

We visited San Francisco last November and stayed for 15 nights in the Pacific Heights Inn on Union Street. It is a well situated motel, on a quiet corner of Union and Van Ness. Unfortunately the room we stayed in only had two windows, one looking onto a brick wall and the other looking out onto a dumpster! The walls were dirty, dusty and the ceiling had a few cobwebs.....the kitchenette was quite grubby too.
