Near the Eiffel Tower and Invalides you will find the Hotel Prince. We visited Paris at Easter and had a good stay there. It is a straighforward little 3 star hotel. Nothing special but not at all bad. It is about: - 5 minutes from the Champ de Mars (nice for evening walks) - 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower (useful for getting there early and beating the queues) - 10 minutes walk from Invalides - 15 minutes walk from the Seine (and the Bateaux Mouches) - 2 minutes from a Metro Station (Ecole Militaire) - 2 minutes from a Supermarket (just beside the Metro station -- helps keep your costs down) - Lots of eating all ...
