Have just returned to Ireland having spent a wonderful week in the Princess Yaiza.I must compliment all the staff on the warm welcome we received it more than fulfilled all our expectations. Location is perfect lovely walk about 10 minutes to Rubicon Marina straight across from beautiful beach Dorada and 15 minutes walk to Port where you can get Ferry to Furtenventura. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance no need to get a taxi. We booked a Double Room with seaview and were delighted to be upgraded to a Junior Suite with seaview. This was our first visit to Lanzarote and after being delayed for 5 hours at Gatwick, my partner and I arrived at the Princess Yaiza Hotel at around midnight. We were met by the concierge and offered a glass of champagne while we checked in at reception. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who told us that we had been upgraded to a junior suite! Check-in only took about 10 minutes and our cases were taken to our room. The room was huge with a bath/shower room, dining area, sitting area, balcony, mini fridge and the biggest bed I have ever seen.
