**** Quality Hotel Pierre Arc de Triomphe Paris****

I stayed in this hotel the second time i visited this city.There are 25 rooms,all en-suite ,single,double and twin.

**Location/Getting there**
This hotel is located very near the arc de triomphe and down one of the streets is a shuttle bus service which will take you to the airports,both Charles De Gauile and Orily.It is also near a metro stop and a taxi rank.This is how long it will take you to get to te hotel from the following places
From the Champs Elysées : 10 minutes walk
From the Palais des Congres : 10 minutes walk
From Opera : Direct access by the ligne number 3(2 minute walk).


**Reception/staff**
I didn't think that this looked very impressive.There was apparently a bar but this was an area with two seats and small work top.Unimpressed.Checking in was okay but they wouldn't except my friends card as it was Bank Of Scotland.The staff spoke basic English well but had problems understanding complaints,well they would wouldn't they.

**Hotel/Room**
The room was more vintage than we expected,very flowery. Oh well at least there was a mini bar.The bed was okay but nothing special not like a Marriot.The room had an en suite and it was rather nice.The room also had a tv but i don't think i even turned it on.

**Other**
The cleaner at this hotel was very rude and things went missing out the mini-bar.She also wanted in to our room really early and wouldn't take no for an answer.She also had a habit of binning anything that was left around,well we think she binned stuff but after the mini bar scenario...

Breakfast at this hotel was good.One of the best breakfasts i have had in a hotel.There was a wide selection of tea bags and coffees/juices available.The breakfast was just continental but included sausages and egg which i thought was rather nice.Breakfast was served between 8 and 10.
This hotel doesn't offer lunch or dinner but as there are plenty of places to eat nearby this isn't a problem.

This hotel would be fine for disabled people as there is a lift.
**Price**
I didn't actually pay for this hotel,i used airmiles and the cost was 4000 airmiles for 3 nights.

Overall i would recommend this hotel.
