This year we stayed for the third time at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal. I have already written a general review of the hotel (which is in the 'Hotels in Montreal' section) but as this year we had a rather special room, I thought it warranted a review of its own! We made our reservation through the Presidents Club (the Fairmont frequent guest program) Gold Members hotline. Uncharacteristically indecisive, we only decided to try and get a reservation for Grand Prix weekend a month beforehand.
