Advantages: friendly staff, cleanly room

Disadvantages: awful sleep number air bed

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient seeing as it was located in the middle of downtown phoenix. The staff was very friendly when they checked us into the hotel room. When I got to the room I was very impressed. It was a very cleanly hotel room and had a lot of space. The room was affordably priced for the amenities that it provided. I was not very impressed with the beds that were provided in the rooms however. They were sleep number beds which I was not impressed with at all. If I wanted to sleep on an air mattress I would have camped out and put one in my tent. Other than that the room was very nice. However, the bed is a very important part of the hotel stay so I would not rate this hotel very high.

I was very happy with the hotel staff however. Each day when the maids cleaned my room I was very impressed with the job that they did. The room was always super clean, which I absolutely have to have. If I can tell that someone has stayed in the room before me I am completely grossed out. The front desk staff was also very attentive and friendly. They provided me with a lot of good information about good placed to eat that were within walking distance from the hotel that were tasty as well as affordable. Any request I made they were on top of it and happy to oblige.

While I was very impressed with the staff that this hotel hires I did not sleep well because of the sleep number bed that was in there so I will not be staying at this hotel again seeing as the bed in the hotel room is one of the most important parts of the hotel stay.
