I stayed in the Milford Plaza when I was in New York for a birthday a couple of years back. When we arrived, first impressions were good, the lobby is massive and looks very grand, you go up to another floor where you check in, again which looks very swanky and posh. I was sharing a twin room with my brother. The room itself was very small, with not much room to move, specially with 2 single beds in there. The room was tidy and clean, so no complaints there and towels and soaps etc were changed every day which was good. The bathroom was quite small, and I don't know if this applies to all toilets, but the bowl in or toilet was filled about 3/4's ... Read the complete review
