Advantages: Slap bang in the town centre

Disadvantages: There weren't any ....

When arriving at Oslo Gardermoen airport, this hotel can be found using the fast train to Oslo city centre. Don't bother taking the easy solution of the airport bus, it takes you almost an hour to get there and the train takes 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Centre station, located in a shopping centre. No need to go outside to find the hotel entrance.
The rooms in this hotel are spacious, clean and have wi-fi access. However unfortunately no swimming pool available. The 24 hour welcome was excellent and they couldn't do enough for us. There is a small bar/social area on the ground floor next to the reception. The reason I would choose this hotel again is for its close proximity to the centre of Oslo city centre. Built itself at the entrance of a shopping centre, you are only a 15 minute walk through the town centre to the port area of Oslo or the palace. Should you want to go further, the taxi rank is a two minute walk from the hotel entrance.

Summary: If you want to visit Oslo for a weekend, this hotel is perfectly situated
