The Silken Hotel Berlaymont Brussels (to give it the proper name), is one of Brussels finer establishments, sitting, in my humble opinion, at the level below the grand old palatial hotels that most capital cities seem to have, but above the standard business hotels that also abound. Now - before I start - I should point out that contrary to perception, Brussels is a very nice city full of things that tourists can see and do (see my review on the Musical Instrument Museum to be a believer!), and not at all a large and dull EU office.
