i hate this hotel. it was horrible, when i arrived, there were seven other people booked into my room, which was bad enough until finally having the over booking problem sorted and being alocated another, i go up walk in and find a family unpacking. i was so confused and what made it worse was that i had to move rooms again. when i booked online, there were various pictures of the hotel, which to be honest is what made me choose thise hotel, however when i arrived i found these pictures to have been very misleading. the only good thing about this hotel is that it is very close to kings cross station making the hotel very accessible, not that it matters now because i will ...
