Advantages: perfect situation and facilities

Disadvantages: dubai is very hot in the summer months so an autumn or winter sum visit is reccomended

My family and i spent one week during the october half term of last year in dubai's Jumairah Beach hotel...and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. the hotel itself is but a 20 minute drive from dubai's international airport, situated right along the coast with its own private beach. the hotel itself is stunning, in the shape of a wave and is surrounded by the partner hotels-The Burj al Arab and the Madinat. the excellent facilities include three swimming pools- a chlorine, sea water and fresh water, and the another smaller, shallower pool for children with a water play area and morning daycare facilities. there is also the beach, spa, gym-with tennis courts and extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. there are many wonderful restaurants including a buffet breakfast and dinner served on the ground floor of the hotel offering every food you could imagine.
One aspect of the hotels that deserves extra special mention is the free access to the wild wadi water park for guests of the hotel-the park is also open an hour earlier and later for guests and you can go in and out as you please. with many slides sutible for all thrill seekers(Or not) and a wave pool, lazy river and water play area for children this is the perfect family day out.
