My partner and I had our first holiday in Greece last year and it was absolutely brilliant I cannot recommend Rhodes enough.

We spent a week in the hospitality of the fabulous Michael and all of the staff at the Sea View, a week simply was not enough but then I am not sure a life time would have been enough!!!

The Sea View is a family run building made up of 12 apartments all of which have a sea view. We stayed on a self catering basis, the kitchen facilities were not great but we tend to go SC so that we can eact out a different places. Each room has a balcony, is spacious, clean and the shower is fantastic. The rooms are cleaned every other day. The pool and the grounds are excellent really large for such a small ammount of rooms. As such there is never a fight for beds either in the sun or shade. If the heat by the pool gets too much for you it is only a minutes walk to the breezy pebble beach which has a great beach front cafe and be sure not to miss the unbelievable sunset every night it is mind blowing.

Thollos itself is very quiet perfect for a lazy get away there are a few restaurants but once you have tried the food at the Sea View you will not want to go anywhere else! A regular bus service from outside of the apartments take you to Rhodes Town where you do not want to miss a trip to the "Old Town" a world heritage site steeped in history, we took an evening guided tour through the town called the "Walk of the Lanterns" which was brilliant . You can also book boat trips and the like in Rhodes Town which we would recommend rather than booking through your holiday company as we ended up on a rather smelly massive ferry.

Michael and the rest of the family have made the Sea View a very special place where you will immediately feel at home. The staff are absolutely fantastic especially Michael for whom nothing is too much trouble.
