We spent a weekend in Copenhagen in end of September 2007 and had booked a superior room at the Square through the hotel website. We paid 1390 DKK (approx GBP 170) per night, and that included breakfast in addition to a small bottle of champagne. When we arrived we were told that we were upgraded. We stayed in a room on the top floor and had a balcony with two chairs (terrible weather so didn't use it...). The room was spacious, clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable and we weren't bothered by noise at all. The breakfast was as expected: lots of different high quality bread and rolls, danish pastries, croissants, cheese, ham, hard boiled eggs, fruits (kiwi, melon, pineapple, grapes, pears, apples etc), cereal and yoghurt. For drinks they had coffee, tea, different types of juice (orange, apple, tomato etc), milk, hot chocolate (water based)... More than enough to please us (no bacon or scrambled eggs though).

The hotel is located close to Hovedbanegården (Central train station) - only a few minutes walk. Across the square is Strøget (main shopping street), and there are many restaurants close by.

We had a great time, and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. By the way, we took a taxi from the hotel to the airport (kastrup); it cost 220 DKK. The train was approx 70 DKK per person (we had to stand), but I've heard the metro is less expensive (is however a bit further from the hotel).

I would choose this hotel for the location.
