I was rushing to meet family at this point so I quickly got ready, which was difficult as there was only a tiny mirror above the sink and off I went. Later when returning to the room to prepare for the party I had a good look around. The rooms are very basic containing a double bed, sofa bed, television, bathroom and tea making facilities. The bathroom was particulary disgusting which the sink being stained with god knows what ...more

I had never stayed in a hotel before my stay in Travelodge mainly due to the fact that I havn't really travelled but a few weeks ago I recieved an invatation for a family party in Widness. Travelodge - Leicester Central My experience of it It was June 2007 when I stayed at the Travelodge in Leicester. I was meeting somebody in Leicester for dinner/night out so just wanted a good value stay with a good breakfast. Nothing too pricey and nothing too flash. Checked in and dropped all my stuff in the hotel late afternoon. My room was basic but very clean so thumbs up on that. Wanted to visit a friend in the Leicester region at some place called Beaumont Leys so asked the person on desk how far it was and was informed that it was hardly walking distance so the young lady kindly called me a cab. Had a ...  Read the complete review
