Travelodge are a chain of hotels which are aimed at the business and short stay clientele, they provide a basic comfortable level of accomodation and I find them gto be convenient and generally good value.

I have used a number of TraveLodge hotels, we have used the one in Birmingham city centre a number of times when clubbing in Birmingham as we tend to book the room and then cram four to six bodies in which means the cost is kept down and it is a lot cheaper than trying to get a cab home which would cost a bomb. We have doe a similar thing when on a night out in London as well and sometimes the room rates at the weekend are cheaper than in the week.

I find the rooms to be very clean and well maintained, often your cost of the room is for room only as breakfast is no available unless you pay for a continental style breakfast however rooms have a TV and kettle so you can make a hot drink.

In all of the ones I have stayed in the bathroom has been clean and the water ho which is all I care about. Overall they are a failr basc good value chain with loads of locations.
