Then it was time to relax....My room was very comfortable as I had hoped, with a king size bed, cable tv (yay! over 30 channels!), fully stocked minibar, big wardrobe and complementary chocolates, shampoo and nice fluffy bathrobes! Very clean as well. As it was rather late, I decide I could do with a drink and went down to their bar on the ground floor. Drinks are quite pricy, as they usually are in hotels. Very conveniently located just opposite the Amsterdam Central Station, this hotel really is good value for your money.I booked the room on their website for only £70 per night, which was by far the cheapest of all 4-star hotels I could find. This was a special weekend leisure rate, but they assure you you can book weekday business rates at a similar price. Visiting Amsterdam on a weekend break myself, I have not been dissapointed by the facilities and services in this hotel.
